Q: What is the minimum order?

A: Our minimum is only 1 piece. Keep in mind the more you buy the cheaper it will be.

Q: How do you ship your product?

A: We ship all our products by UPS ground if not depending on the customer’s request for expedited service.

Q:How much is shipping?

A: Shipping is based on a combination of weight and destination.  To determine shipping costs choose an item or items that you wish to purchase click on “Add to cart”. At this point you can choose the “Estimate Shipping & Tax” tab. You will have to enter your Postal/Zip code and the shipping charges & methods will be displayed.  All rates are calculated and given by UPS.

Q: How long does the product take to ship?

A: Orders will be processed and generally shipped in 3 business days, pending on stock availability. Orders will generally arrive within 3-9 business days based on shipping address location.

 Q: How can I search the status of my order?

 A: After a purchase is ready to be shipped, we will send an e-mail with your UPS tracking number, so you can track the status of your package. You can also create an account on our website to see the status of your package. 

 Q: What if I want to change or cancel my order?

 A: Any change requests after your order has been submitted cannot be guaranteed. Email us immediately at customerservice@korrice.com
