RETURN POLICY

Korrice Return Policy

At Korrice we stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience.

Part of our commitment is to assure you do not receive any defective products; our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.

To insure this, our return policy is as follows:

-You may return new and unopened products within 15 days of the shipment date.

-Products that have been used, scratched, or damaged in any way will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense. We make sure all of our items have not been re-taped  or double taped, if the original box has been opened and re-taped that too will be refused for refund

-All defective products must be notified immediately within 5 days of receiving the package.

-The shipping cost of returning items will be the responsibility of the customer, it is important to send us the tracking number for proof of delivery. We will not replace or provide credit for any item lost during shipping.

-All return items have a 15% restocking fee from its original value

-Once we receive your item, we will either credit or ship you a replacement based on your request. It takes us 2-7 business days to process returns after we receive the item and we will notify you via email on your return.

What should I do for a return?

1. E-mail us at customerservice@korrice.com for an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number)

2. Once you receive your RMA# return it along with the invoice and the unopened item. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returning item.

3. Email us the tracking number as well so we have your proof of delivery, we cannot replace or provide credit for any item lost during return shipping.

4.Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit
